Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be expanding hours for the Customer Call Center and Walk-In Center (located at 1200 Penn Avenue) beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
The new hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
“Adding two hours a day is a 25 percent increase in service hours available to the public,” said Interim Executive Director Jim Good. “This will better accommodate working customers and reduce call wait times.”

The PWSA provides water and sewer services to more than 300,000 consumers throughout the City of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
