PWSA IS IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EXTENDING HOURS OF OPERATION

Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be expanding hours for the Customer Call Center and Walk-In Center (located at 1200 Penn Avenue) beginning Wednesday, April 15, 2015

The new hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.

“Adding two hours a day is a 25 percent increase in service hours available to the public,” said Interim Executive Director Jim Good.  “This will better accommodate working customers and reduce call wait times.”

Any Customer with a water or sewer emergency should call PWSA Dispatch 24/7 at (412) 255-2423.

 

The PWSA provides water and sewer services to more than 300,000 consumers throughout the City of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
