PWSA TELEPHONE SYSTEMS WILL BE UPGRADED TOMORROW
Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) will be upgrading to its telephone system tomorrow, Thursday, September 22, 2016, from 2:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
During this 3 ½ hour period, the phone system will not be operational; however, emergencies can still be reported to (412) 475-2807.
If customers have any questions or concerns, they can email inquiries to email@example.com. Representatives will respond within two business days or less. Customers may also contact PWSA via Twitter at @pgh2o.
Additionally, Customer Service representatives will not be able to process credit card payments in person during this time; however, they can still make payments in person with checks, money orders, and at Family Dollar or Seven Eleven locations in the city.
