Register to Receive Solicitations

PWSA has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to us digitally.

Vendors are requested to click the view solicitations link at the top of the page, then follow the link under “New Vendor Registration” to the Bonfire vendor registration page to register your company.

Registration is easy and free.  Please be sure to select NAICs codes associated with your type of business or organization. Our solicitations will be set up using those codes and will be matched to vendors and contractors with the same codes.

We're excited about the changes we are making to streamline our bid process for our vendors and look forward to your participation in future solicitations.

Pre-Bid Meetings

NOTICE: All pre-bid meetings will be virtual unless otherwise noted until further notice.

All pre-bid meetings will be held in the Authority’s conference room located at 1200 Penn Avenue or the Aspinwall Water Treatment Plant at 900 Freeport Road unless otherwise noted. The purpose of this meeting is to give an overview of the contract requirements and to allow bidders to ask questions. The individual responsible for overseeing the successful completion of the project, such as the bidder’s project executive or project manager for the Owner’s Project must be in attendance if the meeting is listed as mandatory.

All deadlines and meeting times are Eastern Standard Time. 

Preliminary bid results are as read at the public bid opening and are subject to verification.  A detailed bid tabulation will be available after the award.
