Description: PWSA is requesting bids for the demolition of all structures located at 6122 and 6150 Mifflin Road, lot and block numbers 243-G-00152 and 243-G-00150, respectively. The scope of work includes the removal of all structures and their contents including proper offsite disposal, asbestos abatement as required, disconnection of all existing utilities, capping of sanitary sewer laterals, site grading, ingress and egress to the site via construction of a temporary crossing, removal of crossing per approved permit shown on Attachment C, and restoration as required or directed.
