Description: PWSA is requesting bids for the construction of water distribution improvements in the public rights-of-way of Fifth and Forbes Avenues in the Uptown neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The project area extends from between Sixth Avenue and the Birmingham Bridge and will require close coordination with other utility construction. The scope of work includes the installation of new water mains ranging in size from 6-inch to 24-inch diameter.
