Description: PWSA is requesting bids for maintenance services for approximately 12 PWSA-owned and operated green infrastructure systems. Sizes, types, and locations of the systems vary. Tasks include but are not limited to weeding, pruning, trimming grasses, sediment removal, organic debris removal, trash removal, cleaning of catch basin filters, cleaning of inlet structures, replanting, re-mulching, and watering. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary in order to complete the scope of work. Work shall be bid on a time and materials basis, including subcontractor costs.
