Description: It is the intent of the PWSA to establish a contract to perform/provide services furnish and install approximately 1,200 linear feet of ornamental fencing and a +/- 22 foot wide ornamental double swing gate at the Main Water Treatment plant at 900 Freeport road in Pittsburgh PA. The enclosed drawings and photographs illustrate where the fence and gate is to be installed.
