The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is hosting a community meeting to discuss the installation of a low-lying, wrought iron fence within the project area of the Wightman Park Stormwater Project. During construction, members of the community expressed concern about pedestrian safety around the stormwater planters. To address these concerns, we are currently coordinating the process for the approval of a fence that will help to facilitate a safer environment around the project area and Squirrel Hill neighborhood.

The fence will need approval from the City of Pittsburgh's Art Commission and final approval from the Pittsburgh City Council. Please join us to learn more about style options, installation requirements, and to ask questions about this portion of the project. Please register online using Zoom.
