Wightman Park Stormwater Project: Phase Two
We are constructing a network of stormwater "green streets" in Squirrel Hill to direct stormwater to recently improved infrastructure within Wightman Park. By capturing and managing stormwater, this project aims to reduce overflows of combined stormwater and sewage into the Monongahela River, flooding in the park, and basement sewage backups in the neighborhood.
