Intros and Insights
Pittsburgh Water is now offering the opportunity to present your products or services to our Engineering and Construction Department through our lunch and learn program, Intros and Insights. We look forward to meeting and connecting with our highly qualified and dynamic industry partners through this exciting new program.

Some helpful tips for planning your presentation:
- If there is an open solicitation that your company is interested in or planning on submitting a proposal on, you cannot conduct a presentation during the solicitation period. Any outreach other than to Pittsburgh Water’s Procurement Department will disqualify your proposal.
- Presentations will be scheduled on a Tuesday or Thursday.
- Presentations should be no longer than an hour and should leave approximately 10 minutes for questions and answers.
- The room will be available half an hour in advance of your presentation to setup. AV equipment is available such as computer, screen, and microphone.
- Typically, attendance for your presentation is higher:
- If you provide Professional Development Hours (PDHs) and the corresponding certificate.
- If you provide information on new technology and/or lessons learned on similar infrastructure projects.
- Presentations will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis at the discretion of Pittsburgh Water.
- Consider providing opportunities to subconsultants by partnering on the presentation when appropriate.
