We have provided several convenient ways for you to review and pay your bill. You can also check your water usage and update your household's contact information for water emergencies and outages. How to Pay Online
You can pay your bill online using one of the convenient options listed below.
Enroll in Free Paperless Billing
Enroll in our electronic billing and payment portal to receive your monthly bills via email and to make payments online for free. You can also set up recurring payments. By enrolling in the paperless billing option, you can also view and print invoices at your convenience.
Start: Navigate to our electronic billing and payment portal, select the “Sign Up Now” tab, then click the “Enroll Now” button.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter your 14 digit account number without the dash and your 5 digit billing address zip code.
- Choose a username and password, enter your email address, and select your security questions.
Finish: After successfully enrolling, go to the "Payments" tab and then "Manage Funding Sources" to add your bank account information.
Make a One-Time Payment Online
You can make a one-time payment online through our electronic billing and payment portal. You do not need to log in or enroll in the portal to make a one-time payment. Please note that a third party service fee will apply.
Start: Navigate to our electronic billing and payment portal, select the “Make a One-Time Payment” tab, then click the “Pay Now” button.
- Enter your 14 digit account number without the dash and your 5 digit billing address zip code. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter your payment information.
- Review and confirm your payment.
Finish: Save your payment confirmation code.

Check Your Water Usage
Our Customer Usage Portal is a free tool that helps customers track their real-time water usage and receive alerts when there is a spike in water usage. Setting usage alerts can help you detect costly water leaks in your property. Change or Add a Billing Address
To change your account's billing address, please complete and return the Owner/Tenant Change of Address Form. If a tenant is being added to an account, both the owner and tenant must sign the form.

Please allow seven to ten (7-10) business days for processing. For tenants, a monthly invoice will be sent to the tenant and a copy will be sent to the owner.
Update Your Contact Information
Did you know that we call customers during water emergencies and outages? It is important to verify that we have the best number to reach you. You can add multiple numbers for your account, so your entire household is informed about our work. You can update your information online by submitting our Update Contact Information webform or you can call Customer Service at 412-255-2423 (Press 5).
