Administrative Assistant - Customer Service

The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking a candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant supporting the Customer Service department.  They will perform administrative duties in support of the Customer Service department of PWSA by drafting/inserting/applying postage/mailing correspondence, issuing letters to customers due to non-payment/non-access in accordance with PA PUC regulations, tracking progress of various departmental projects, gathering data to prepare reports and maintain department metrics, scheduling conference calls and meetings, recording meeting minutes, ordering supplies, preparing and processing purchase orders, sorting and delivering incoming mail, and responding to customer service management support requests.

Project Systems Specialist

The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Systems Specialist. They will be responsible for assisting with maintaining Engineering and Construction Department’s project management information system (e-Builder), process modifications and implementation, project reporting, and support Engineering and Construction Department business needs.

Project Manager

The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager will primarily be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the work of assigned professional, technical and clerical employees in the planning, design, and/or management of construction of complex, multi-disciplined PWSA Capital and urgent facility/asset repair projects involving the Authority’s water and sewer systems or water treatment and pumping facilities.
