The Finance Department is seeking a Budget Analyst to assist in preparing PWSA’s annual Operating and Capital Budgets by performing administrative and research work to prepare and evaluate the implementation of both budgets. We are looking for a Plant Operator to join the PWSA Water Treatment Plant team. In this position, you will work as a team member to follow safe procedures for proactive maintenance for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance at our Water Treatment Plant.

Contract Specialist

We are looking for an adaptable, dependable, and self-motivated individual to be able to consistently deliver quality work products to join the PWSA as an integral part of the Procurement Team. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for the procurement of materials and services and assisting in the preparation and execution of bid solicitations and contracts.

This position requires considerable detailed technical skill and expertise in the completion of tasks and ensures that the components of the PWSA’s different process controls are operational. This position typically services the electronic components of monitoring and some of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA), as well as the initial troubleshooting of equipment and services, electrical transmission lines, circuitry, and motors.
