Join us on Tuesday, June 23, for a Community Construction meeting focused on the upcoming Stewart Avenue Stormwater Improvements project, a joint effort between Pittsburgh Water and the City of Pittsburgh to address chronic flooding in Carrick and Overbrook. 

The project represents a $6.8 million investment in new storm sewers, catch basins, green infrastructure, and roadway upgrades designed to reduce flooding, improve stormwater management, and strengthen neighborhood infrastructure. 

Join us for details about the construction schedule, traffic impacts, and what improvements will take place along Stewart Avenue and surrounding streets. Community members will have an opportunity to ask questions and learn how this project will help keep water off streets and away from homes during heavy rain events.
