Trust the Tap: Water Workshops recording available

Thank you for joining us this month for our Water Workshops!
Water Workshop presentation at the Mt. Washington HAL Frank Sidari talks trusting the tap with around 20 community  members in Mt. Washington on June 4.

Last month, water quality experts from PWSA hosted a series of five Water Workshops across our service area, all aimed at building greater awareness and confidence in the quality and safety of your drinking water.

We’d like to say thank you to every community member and customer who was able to join us at one of our Workshops. We hope our water experts were helpful in demystifying the water treatment process and answering your most pressing water quality questions.

We know how busy life can be. For the convenience of every customer who was unable to attend – but interested in this information – a recording of our June 20 Water Workshop is available here. This recording includes a brief presentation given by our Chief Environmental Compliance & Ethics Officer Frank Sidari and the subsequent Q&A session.

We’d like to give a big shout out to the City of Pittsburgh’s City Channel Pittsburgh team for their help recording one of our sessions. Thank you for your expertise and support in bringing this Workshop to a larger audience!

Customers interested in additional water quality information are invited to review PWSA’s 2023 Water Quality Report, released this June. In this report, you'll see why you can have confidence that the water you rely on each day for drinking, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements.
