Calling all Developers! 2025 Developer's Manual released.

New updates to the 2025 Developer's Manual.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Developer's Roundtable at the beginning of March. We appreciate your questions and your engagement with our topics.

We're pleased to now release the updated 2025 Developer's Manual.

Our Developer's Manual is a guide to the procedures and regulations for developments tapping into existing public sewer or water facilities or for those constructing new facilities to be dedicated to Pittsburgh Water. The purpose of the manual is to describe the development permit application process, the requirements of the application materials, and the developer's responsibilities.

As always, the manual is to be used in conjunction with an open dialogue with the Pittsburgh Water Development team.

We strive to maintain a positive and transparent relationship with our business community partners. If any requirements are unclear or your property doesn't quite fit into the standards, reach out to our Development Coordinator Jordan Treaster (jtreaster@pgh2o.com) to discuss.

If you're a developer who needs to engage with our Development team at Pittsburgh Water, please visit our Developer's, Contractors & Vendors webpage.
