Have you taken the opportunity to participate in one of our State of Pittsburgh Water meetings recently? If not, you should!
Our State of Pittsburgh Water meeting series is a year-round slate of community presentations and discussions intended to establish a direct line of connection and rapport with the communities we serve.
These neighborhood-focused meetings are held either locally or via Zoom, and provide a forum for open discussion about topics including current Pittsburgh Water initiatives, upcoming and ongoing projects in your neighborhood, and the reinvestment of ratepayer dollars back into our water system.
We also use these meetings as an opportunity to keep community members informed about our suite of Customer Assistance Programs. Last year, we were proud to announce expanded eligibility for these critical programs, making safe, affordable water services more accessible for a wider range of our most vulnerable customers. Our State of Pittsburgh Water meetings give our devoted PGH2O Cares team a chance to reach even more of our community members who may not be aware that these resources exist, or that they may qualify for assistance.
Our State of Pittsburgh Water series is just one of the ways you, our customers, can stay connected and up-to-date on all things Pittsburgh Water.
Learn more about upcoming events, and even request us at an event, by visiting our Events & Meetings webpage.
You're also invited to attend our monthly Board of Directors meetings, either online or in person. We accommodate requests for public comment as well. More information can be found on our Board & Board Meetings webpage.
