With expanded eligibility, enrollment is growing for PWSA’s customer assistance programs.

PWSA was recently joined by elected officials and local labor leaders for a tour of our Highland Reservoir Pump Station and an update on the progress made since breaking ground earlier this year.

On September 19, PWSA held an On-Call Consultant Orientation session to bring our new cohort of consultants up-to-speed on our policies and procedures and prepare them to uphold our stringent standards.

So far this year, our PGH2O Cares team has attended nearly 40 community events to connect with our most vulnerable community members, raise awareness of our Customer Assistance Programs, and enroll customers on the spot.
