Progress & Status
2-Week Lookahead (6/16 - 6/20):
- Bring trench shoring to site.
- Bring bypass pumping equipment to site.
- Excavation and installation of new manhole.
- Install new sewer laterals on 24" sewer.
This project was selected after it was determined a portion of the 27-foot deep combined sewer is partially collapsed. The portion of partially collapsed sewer will be replaced, restoring reliable sewer service to customers on Carroll Street.
The project consists of the replacement of approximately 126- feet of 24-inch sewer and 145-feet of 15-inch sewer and associated manholes. Crews will also line approximately 600-feet of the 24-inch sewer to reinforce the pipe while avoiding additional excavation.

Completion Date: October 2025
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Traffic Patterns: 24/7 street closure and detours around Carroll Street will be required during portions of this project.
