Tap Installation Procedures

After a tap-in permit is issued, contractors can start site prep work for water and sewer service. Read through our tap installation procedures to understand the responsibilities of the property owner and find out who to contact at key points during the process.

Water Taps

No tap connections will be installed or inspected prior to establishing an account and installing a meter. PWSA will set up an account when the permit is paid for and picked up at our permit counter.
