Description: PWSA is requesting proposals for the CM/CI services for the 2019 Large Diameter Water Main Improvements Contract, which includes the rehabilitation and partial replacement of Highland Rising Main No. 3, and the rehabilitation of Highland Rising Main No. 4. The work includes but is not limited to: lining of nominal 50-inch diameter wrought iron pipe and 48-inch steel pipe with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), lining of nominal 48-inch diameter riveted steel pipe and cast iron pipe with glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), construction of new 48-inch pipe by open cut construction, modifications to an existing valve vault, and abandonment of nominal 48-inch diameter riveted steel pipe.
