Description: PWSA is requesting bids for Herron Hill Reservoir Improvements: Sodium Hypochlorite Building – General Contract. The scope of work generally includes demolition of an existing chemical feed building and construction of a one-story, masonry sodium hypochlorite building including chemical storage tanks and pumps; process controls and instrumentation specified under Divisions 11 and 13; Yard piping, site utility connections and diffuser vault modifications; Interior process piping; Demolition and installation of rigid and flexible pavements; Installation of a new retaining wall and fencing; Installation of erosion and sedimentation controls; Demolition and installation of landscaping, including plant and seeding; and geotechnical monitoring.
