Description: PWSA is requesting bids for PWSA is requesting bids for cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) rehabilitation of approximately 28,000 linear feet (LF) of small diameter sewers (36” in diameter or less) sewers, seventeen (17) new manholes and eleven (11) manhole grade adjustments to reduce infiltration and inflow and increase the structural integrity of Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) public sewer system including storm and sanitary sewer facilities as required or directed. PENNVEST funding requirements will apply to the project.
