Description: PWSA is requesting proposals for program management services in support of the negotiation and implementation of a wet weather consent decree and development of a of a long-term control plan (LTCP) to control CSOs and a plan to remediate SSOs (collectively, a wet weather plan in connection with the above negotiations), and plans to provide effective stormwater management
