Description: PWSA is requesting bids for the construction of twenty-four (24) private sanitary sewer and stormwater laterals along the southern side of Forbes Avenue from Shady Avenue to Murray Avenue. The lateral construction will be from the main to one (1) foot behind the face of curb. Connection from the end of PWSA construction to the buildings will be conducted by the property owners.
