Description: PWSA is requesting bids for regrading both Field #1 and Field #2 in addition to installing a bioretention facility in the vicinity of Field #1 and an underdrain drainage system under Field #2 for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority at Volunteers Field, which is located in the City of Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood at the intersection of Strata Way and Riota Way.
