Initial Low Pressure Notice - Tuesday, April 16th

PWSA operations crews responded to a broken valve today, Tuesday, April 16th. Isolating this valve to make repairs has caused lower-than-normal pressure in some portions of Brighton Heights. Crews are working to make repairs and restore normal pressure by approximately 10:00 p.m. this evening.

Crews will come back Thursday, April 18th, to make final repairs. At that time, residents can expect lower-than-normal pressure to return during the work. We will update impacted residents via robocall no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17th.

If you are experiencing low pressure, there is no further action you need to take. Your water is safe to drink.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we make this repair.
