The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) is hosting public input hearings to gather information from ratepayers regarding PWSA's proposed rate filing for water, wastewater conveyance, and stormwater services.
The PUC is the state agency that is investigating the proposed rate changes and will make the final determination as to what change, if any, is just and reasonable.
The public input meetings will be held IN PERSON on Tuesday, July 25th at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the Jeron X. Grayson Community Center (Media Room), 1852 Enoch Street, Pittsburgh PA 15219 and TELEPHONICALLY on Thursday, July 27th at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Pre-Registration
If you wish to testify at the in person public input hearing, you are encouraged to pre-register either by contacting the Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) by phone at 1-800-684-6560 or by email at consumer@paoca.org and provide:
- Your first and last name
- The date and time of the public input hearing at which you wish to testify
- A phone number where you can be reached prior to the hearing if we need to contact you
- If you require an interpreter to participate in the hearing, the language of the interpreter
