This project is one of several stormwater improvement projects in Saw Mill Run. It focuses on restoring two sites within the stream in the Overbrook Neighborhood.

This project is part of the larger Saw Mill Run Integrated Watershed Management Plan and will help to reduce sediment and improve water quality in the stream. 

Project Details

  • Restored heavily eroded streambanks and stabilized streambank slope
  • Used natural channel design techniques that provide environmental benefits
  • Repaired storm sewer outlets that discharge directly to the stream

Stream Site 1: Between Nobles Lane and Ansonia Place. Stream Site 2: Near Maytide Street behind the Accamando Center.
