Before we conduct planned work, we will post no parking signs at least 24 hours in advance per City of Pittsburgh requirements. In emergency situations such as water main breaks or sewer collapses, we will attempt to locate the owner of vehicles that would need moved. If we cannot locate them, we will contact the police in order to assist us in a circumstance where towing is necessary.
